We only collect what we actually need to get your order to you:

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address (including pincode).
• Payment confirmation — the success/failure status of your payment. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank login. That all goes directly to our payment partner (see below).
• Communication — anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
• Basic usage data— pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location, gathered to keep the site working and understand what’s useful.

• To process, pack, and deliver your order.
• To send you order updates and respond to your questions.
• To send occasional product news — only if you chose to subscribe, and you can unsubscribe any time.
• To improve our products, website, and service.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.

Payments on genlush.com are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI, or net-banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure systems — not stored by us. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy, available at razorpay.com/privacy. From them we only receive what we need to fulfil your order — your contact and shipping details and whether the payment succeeded.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the partners that help us run the store:

• Delivery & courier partners, to ship your order.
• Razorpay, to take payment.
• Email/communication tools, to send order updates.
• Government or legal authorities, if we are required to by law.

We use small files called cookies to remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly.

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to keep your information safe. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is ever 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we treat your details with the care we’d want for our own.
