We'd rather earn your trust than hold onto a rupee you're unhappy about. Here's our honest, no-runaround promise on returns.
GenLush is an intimate-hygiene product, sealed and made for one person — you. For your safety and everyone else’s, we can’t take back a wash that’s been opened or used. But if something arrived wrong, broken, or off, that’s on us — and we’ll make it right, no drama.

- Bottle cracked, leaking, or damaged on arrival
- Broken or jammed foam pump
- Wrong product or a broken safety seal
- Liquid that's clearly defective — off colour, separated, or foul

The 7-day window
Give your order a quick once-over the moment it arrives. If anything’s defective or damaged, you have 7 days from delivery to tell us. Email [email protected] with your order ID and a couple of photos of the issue. That’s it — no forms, no phone-tree.
How a claim works
- You email us within 7 days — order ID + photos.
- We verify the issue, usually within 2 working days.
- You choose — a free replacement shipped out, or a full refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
Before you think about returning…
Here’s the thing: most “returns” aren’t faults — they’re first-impression nerves. Intimate skin takes a few days to thank you. The tightness or dryness you were used to with regular soap? That’s exactly what a pH 5.5, soap-free wash is built to undo. Give it a week of daily use before you judge it.
And the fragrance — it’s deliberately clean and low-key, not a perfume. That’s a feature, not a flaw: discreet is the whole point. Nine out of ten men who almost returned it tell us the same thing — they’re glad they stuck with it. We think you will be too.
What’s not covered
- A simple change of mind, or not liking the scent or feel.
- Any bottle that's been opened or used — for hygiene reasons we can't resell or accept it back.
- Issues reported after the 7-day window has closed.
- Damage caused by misuse, or by storing the product in extreme heat or sunlight.

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us quickly at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
